Hi, I’m Christena, also known as Stena. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor based in Forney, Texas.

I founded Diverse Minds Therapy because I saw too many people trying to force their brains into boxes that didn’t fit. My practice is built on a simple premise: We don't fight your wiring; we work with it.

I specialize in the "sticky" stuff—the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) loops, the high-functioning anxiety, and the unique challenges of navigating life on the Autism Spectrum.

My style is active and practical. I’m not the therapist who will just nod and ask, "How does that make you feel?" for 50 minutes. We are going to roll up our sleeves, look at the data of your life, and build a strategy that actually works for your specific brain.
